PERSONAL DATA FOR CUSTOMERS AND COLLABORATORS
As a natural consequence of our collaboration, we store selected data of you. This policy of handling personal data describes how we treat your personal data.
The guideline of how we treat your personal data can be found in the EU General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) 2016/67, valid from May 25, 2018. Before that date, the treatment is regulated
in the present Danish “Persondatalov”.

1. 1. PURPOSE – USE OF PERSONAL DATA
      We use your personal data for the following purposes:
      We treat your personal data as part of our customer relations and/or due to our collaboration.

1. 1. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
      We treat the following categories of your personal information:
      a) Common personal information treated: Mainly information such as name, address,
      contact data, CVR.nr., CHR.nr., information about the company operation, production circumstances, owner relations, economy, account number etc.
      b) Sensitive personal information: Are not treated nor stored.

1. 1. BASIS OF TREATMENT
      We treat your personal information as described above based on the following treatment:
      a) To fulfil our contract, collaboration agreement etc.
      b) To respect current legislation.
      c) If it is a result of a sufficient legitimate interest.
      d) If we have obtained consent to treat the information.

1. 1. STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
      Personal information collected in relation to customer and/or collaboration relations, are stored
      electronically.
      Your data will be stored securely and confident. Only individuals with a businesslike need, will get
      legal access to your personal data.
      By termination of a customer- or collaboration relation, we will decide to which extent your data
      must be deleted. As basis your personal data will be stored for 5 years after termination, and totally deleted by the upcoming yearend without any further delay. If the legislation exceptionally
      provides a basis for a longer storage period, this may be followed.

      We collect personal information from following sources:
      • Directly from you
      • The authorities, e.g. SKAT in Denmark

1. 1. TRANSFERING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
      We can pass your personal information on to 3rd party, who assists us to handle our administration, hosting of IT-systems etc.
      Likewise, we pass your personal information on to relevant authorities to the extend we are obligated to.

1. 1. YOUR RIGHTS
      You have the following rights:
      • You have the right to request insight, rectification or deletion of your personal
      information.
      • You also have the right to oppose against the treatment of your personal information and to have the treatment of your personal information restricted.
      • If the treatment of your personal information is based on your consent, you have
      the right to recall this consent at any time. Your recall will not have any influence
      of the lawfulness of the treatment made before your recall of your consent.
      • You have the right to receive the personal information given by yourself, in a
      structured, common used and digital format (data portability).
      • You can at any time present a complaint about the treatment of your personal
      information to a prober data-protection authority, e.g. ”Datatilsynet” in Denmark.

      Depending of the actual circumstances in relation to the treating activities, there can be conditions
      or restrictions to these rights. It is therefore not mandatory, that you e.g. have the right of data
